Cloward Piven Strategy

Strategy for forcing political change through orchestrated crisis.

First proposed in 1966 and named after Columbia University  sociologists Richard Andrew Cloward

and his JEWISH wife Frances Fox Piven — both longtime members of the Democratic Socialists of America,

where Piven today is an honorary chair — the “Cloward-Piven Strategy” seeks to hasten

the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of

impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

Inspired by the August 1965 riots in the black district of Watts in Los Angeles —

which erupted after police used batons to subdue a black man suspected of drunk driving —

Cloward and Piven published an article titled “The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty”

in the May 2, 1966 issue of The Nation. Following its publication, The Nation sold an

unprecedented 30,000 reprints. Activists were abuzz over the so-called “crisis strategy” or

“Cloward-Piven Strategy,” as it came to be called. Many were eager to put it into effect.

In their 1966 article, Cloward and Piven charged that the ruling classes used welfare to

weaken the poor; that by providing a social safety net, the rich doused the fires of rebellion.

Poor people can advance only when “the rest of society is afraid of them,” Cloward told

JEWISH owned The New York Times on September 27, 1970. Rather than placating

the poor with governmenthand-outs, wrote Cloward and Piven, activists should work

to sabotage and destroy thewelfare system. The authors also asserted that:

(a) the collapse of the welfare state would ignite a political and financial crisis that

would rock the country; (b) poor people would rise in revolt; and (c) only then

would “the rest of society” accept their demands.

The key to sparking this rebellion would be to expose the inherent inadequacy of the

welfare state. In this regard, Cloward-Piven’s early promoters cited radical organizer Saul Alinsky,

a JEW, as their inspiration. “Make the enemy live up to their (sic) own book of rules,”

Alinsky wrote in his 1971 book Rules for Radicals. When pressed to honor every word

of every law and statute, every Judaeo-Christian moral tenet, and every implicit promise

of the liberal social contract, human agencies inevitably fall short. The system’s failure

to “live up” to its rule book can then be used to discredit it altogether, and to replace

the capitalist “rule book” with a socialist one.

Cloward and Piven noted that the number of Americans subsisting on welfare — about 8 million

at that time — probably represented less than half the number who were technically eligible for

full benefits. Thus the authors proposed a “massive drive to recruit the poor onto the welfare

rolls,” calculating that the system would be bankrupted if even a fraction of potential welfare

recipients were to demand their entitlements. The result, predicted Cloward and Piven,

would be “a profound financial and political crisis” that would unleash

“powerful forces … for major economic reform at the national level.”

The Cloward-Piven article called for “cadres of aggressive organizers” to use “demonstrations

to create a climate of militancy.” Then, the authors predicted, the following would happen:

  • Politicians, intimidated by threats of black violence,
  •  would appeal to the federal government for help.

  • Carefully orchestrated media campaigns, carried out by friendly, leftwing journalists,
  • would float the idea of “a federal program of income redistribution” in the form
  •  of a guaranteed living income for all —working and non-working people alike.

  • Local officials would clutch at this idea like drowning men to a lifeline.

  • They would apply pressure on Washington to implement it.

  • With every major city erupting into chaos, Washington would have to act.

The Cloward-Piven Strategy was an example of what are commonly called

Trojan Horse initiatives — mass movements whose outward purpose seems to be

providing material help to the downtrodden, but whose real objective is to draft poor

people into service as revolutionary foot soldiers; to mobilize poor people en masse

in an effort to overwhelm government agencies with a flood of demands beyond

the capacity of those agencies to meet. Cloward and Piven calculated that the flood

of demands which they were recommending would break the budget, jam the

bureaucratic gears into gridlock, and bring the system crashing down.

Fear, turmoil, violence and economic collapse would accompany such a breakdown

— providing perfect conditions for fostering radical change. That was the theory.

Is the Cloward-Piven Strategy being used today?

Cloward-Piven Strategy

The federal program being targeted in 2020/2021 is the Health and Human Services Department due to the Covid virus.

The second is our election system. The Socialistic way to steal the election is by overwhelming

the election process with massive voter fraud using rigged voting machines and fraudulent mail-in ballots.

The main focus is to start at the local level where there is more control by

corrupt politicians and less oversight that allows the process to succeed.

If any issues arise the corrupt politicians can quickly turn things into a federal crisis that

needs to be fixed. Of course, these issues will "need to be looked at" in the next election.

Sound familiar with what is happening in America today?

Never Let a Crisis Go to Waste

The strategy also rejects that the solution can be solved at the local level. The only solution

will be at the federal level to implement a corrupt system to force states that are not part of the problem into submission.

The needed electors to push through the fixes have just been added from the corrupt past election.

The states will have to follow the corrupt rules or laws put into place from the federal level.

The national solution will be to fix the “PROBLEM” that has been intentionally

created. As you can expect, this only propagates the entire problem.

The main excuse from all Socialist Democrats would be if these new rules are not followed.

It would only be at the violation of people’s civil liberties throughout the nation.

Is the Media Involved in this Election Fraud / Cover-Up?

The Cloward and Piven strategy also includes the extensive use of propaganda media.

The media is to be used to stress the importance of fixing this problem to save the

country. But they are only in essence corrupting the whole system even further!

The Cloward-Piven strategy mandates that any rejection moving forward from the states

should require administrative hearings and additional court hearings

to place barriers to the removal of the newly adopted corrupt rules.

As the crisis develops further, it will be even more important that the propaganda media

informs the people of this resistance. The non-compliant states trying to uphold their own

laws will be in the media’s crosshairs.

The JEWISH Socialist infestation of our mainstream media is well known. So if anyone wonders

if this is possible. You only had to watch the mainstream media during the 2020 election to see

how they are playing this exact role.

Cloward-Piven Strategy Main 4 Steps

  1. Overload and breakdown of a federally overseen system
  2. Have chaos ensue due to overloading of that system
  3. Take control of the chaos created with a fix
  4. Implement a corrupt Socialistic solution to the overwhelmed issue

The strategy of forcing political change through orchestrated crisis. The “Cloward-Piven Strategy”

seeks to hasten the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy

with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse.

Any of that sound familiar?

Motives of Cloward-Piven Strategy

Their strategy to create political, financial, and social chaos that would result in revolution

blended Alinsky concepts with their more aggressive efforts at bringing about a change in the U.S. government.

To achieve their revolutionary change, Cloward and Piven sought to use a cadre of aggressive

organizers assisted by friendly news media to force a Socialistic change to the nation.

By crisis, we mean a publicly visible disruption in some institutional sphere.

The crisis can occur spontaneously (e.g., riots) or as the intended result of tactics of

demonstration and protest.

These can either generate institutional disruption or bring unrecognized disruption to public attention.

There is a good reason to see the connection. The Socialist Democrats

have been directing Black Lives Matter and Antifa radicals all along.

Fast forward to the current situation and what most people don’t know and won’t hear

from the mainstream media. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s fingerprints are

ALL over this problem. The Cloward-Piven strategy has

engaged in 2020 by radical activists. Those activists

just happen to be the Socialist Democrat President and Vice President of America.

These tactics used are flat out corrupt and at their heart seek to tear the pillars of

this nation down in order to replace them with their demented socialist vision.

Their influence has spread so far and so wide that despite their blatant culpability in the

recent election crisis, it appears they stole the election by manipulating Americans’

opinions by propaganda from the mainstream media and outright fraud.
